Refund and Returns Policy

At Money Market, we strive for transparency and satisfaction in every connection we facilitate. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our commitment to fair practices for our investment matchmaking services, platform fees, and subscriptions. Please read carefully, as it applies to all users.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Service Fees: Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no investor connections have been made. Contact support@ moneymarket.com with your transaction ID.

• Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions can be canceled anytime. We’ll refund any unused portion pro-rata within 7 days of cancellation request. No refunds after the cooling-off period or for active matches.

• Non-Qualifying Projects: If your project doesn’t qualify after review, full refund of application fees within 30 days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Successful investor matches or funded projects.

• Fees for premium networking features used.

• Charges after the 14-day cooling-off period.

How to Request a Refund

1. Log into your Money Market account.

2. Navigate to “Support” > “Refund Request.”

3. Provide transaction details and reason.
   We’ll process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
